The Sugar Cane DECAF process has been the benchmark for decaffeinated coffee for four years—and essential for Caffenation. With the improved coffee quality in Colombia, we now enjoy our new decaffeinated coffee.

This natural decaffeination process uses ethyl acetate (EA) from sugarcane molasses. EA binds to the caffeine and removes it without affecting the flavor. The remaining EA is eliminated using steam.

The result? A gently decaffeinated coffee with a full body and a long aftertaste – pure Colombian passion!
